The 360°/180° feedback module allows executives and colleagues to reflect on competencies and work performance of themselves and / or direct colleagues. This feedback may be positive or negative. By providing objective and constructive feedback, the employee knows what he/she has to improve. This way the entire team can benefit from it. In order to have the best possible collaboration, regulation of feedback is important. With the 360°/180° feedback module of Alympus, this is very easy. With this module, employees will be invited by e-mail to provide feedback about competencies, either for themselves or for colleagues. They do this by ticking the description that fits best. Scoring competencies is anonymous and user-friendly. The 360°/180° feedback module is integrated into the employability monitor, allowing easy tracking of status and results of the feedback in different (graphical) overviews. This way, the supervisor can compare his / her feedback with the feedback provided by the colleagues of the employee, and when appropriate, take along the provided feedback in the assessment. In addition, signals and automatic reminders could be generated by the module and documents could be added to the final review.
