What system do you use?

Performance management translates the strategic course of the organization into specific desired results on departmental and functional levels. It stresses the question: what should be done? Therefore, a translation to job profiles is necessary. Employees deserve clarity as to what is expected of them. In addition, quality systems (eg. ISO 9002 and TS 16949) require processes, qualifications, competences and responsibilities to be clearly identified.
